Can Vitality actually lower my insurance premiums?

Yes. Your premium is tied to your Vitality status. Policies are initially priced at the Gold status rate. If you reach Platinum, you can receive an additional 5% discount on your premium. If you engage less, your premium may adjust upward slightly — but most clients who participate even moderately maintain or improve their pricing over time.
